Principles based in Islam, Way of Life based in the traditions of the Prophet Muhammad (Peace and Blessing Be Upon Him)
United Islands is governed by laws and practices set forth in the Islamic Sharee'ah. The Islamic Sharee'ah was founded on the principles set in the Holy Qur'an governing justice and court systems, inheritance and family rulings, criteria of what is allowed or forbidden, and a guidance to make decisions that benefit society and the individual.
However, United Islands respects the other religions and does not restrict any of its citizens who are not Muslim to practice.
The shariah is the law that the Muslims follow, from our blessed Prophet Muhammad (PBUH), that creates justice and equality, treating all citizens alike without differ. These are the Protections included in the Shariah:
The first part of the Shariah is Protection of deen. In this case, deen means Islam and it's teaching. Protecting this is important to keep the revelations of our religion from innacurate information. Losing this information to corruptness is the key to the Islamic Way Of Life
The second part of the Shariah is protection of life. This protects a persons life, and stops people from killing and murder. Accordin to the Holy Quran, if a person murders a person, the killer must be killed. This makes those with the intention to harm to think twice before doing the action.
The third part of the Shariah is protection of lineage. This protects a person from slander or backbiting against them, or anyone from their family or ancestors.
The fourth part of the Shariah is protection of wealth, which protects ones possessions, money, and property. According to the Quran, for the one who steals, his hand must be cut off. This may scare a person away from stealing, stopping the crime as a whole.
The fifth part of the Shariah is protection of Honor. This safeguards a persons reputation from being harmed by lies. This part connects to the protection of lineage.
Lastly, we have protection of intellect. Simlar to Protection of Deen, this safeguards Islamic knowledge from going corrupt. This, in result, protects the mind from any incorrect sources of information.
